High temperature high pressure dyeing machine such as beam dyeing, jet dyeing, soft overflow dyeing and yarn dyeing machines are being used for dyeing of polyester and its blends in loose form/cone/cheese form and in fabric form. Dyeing of polyesters are carried out at 140 0c under pressure using disperse dyes.

Before carrying out the bulk dyeing on production and to avoid repeated dyeing or unmatched dyeing, the dyer must have in hand proper recipes for the shades to be matched. Glycerin bath beaker dyeing machine assist the q.c dept. to do the above necessary things.

Specification

• Heating : max. Temperature 1400c, heating medium glycerin. Heating load 3kw to 6 kw depending on the number and size of the beakers.
• Carriage drive : Carriage rotates in the glycerin bath in both directions. Rpm is approx 24 rpm.
• Temperature controls: Through micro processor based programmer PC-07.
• Material to liquor ratio: 1: 10 and above.
• Material of construction: Beakers are made out of s.s 316 machine is made out of s.s 304 and m.s powder coated.
• Number of beakers : any capacity and any number of beakers.
• Capacity of beakers : any capacity depending on the customer.
• Cooling coil will be provided for cooling of beakers.
• Electric supply: 1 OR 3 phase, neutral, 50hz, 415vac (or) as per customer requirement.
