Laboratory Jigger is suitable for processing of Open width fabric of Cotton, Viscose, Rayon, and Blended Fabrics at atmospheric pressure with dyestuff such as Direct Acid, Basic, Azoic, and Reactive up to a temperature of 95°C.

Processes such as Bleaching and Dyeing at low liquor ratio can be carried out, exactly simulating the bulk production Jigger Machine.

Fully automatic operation of Laboratory Jigger through PLC based logic control which controls temperature, number of passes and the fabric speed can be adjusted by the knob provided for meant to frequency drive. Counter weight are provided to adjust fabric tension automatically to the correct requirement of fabric tension. The Fabric carrier frame is easily removable for cleaning and threading the fabric.

Dye Bath of Tapered section to keep low liquor and all the parts that come in contact with dye liquor are made in SS 316.
