We thank you for refer us to purchasing the soft overflow dyeing machine. The machine is ideal for synthetics, woolen, cellulose and their blends either in woven or knitted form. The machine is suitable for texturised spun and from light weight delicate fabric material to high gsm suiting fabrics.

Processing can be carried out in full width under atmospheric as well as high temperature and high pressure condition up to 145oc. Rate of heating, cooling and hold time is controlled automatically through microprocessor controller. Unlike jet dyeing machines where the cloth transportation was due to high speed jet nozzles, here a variable speed winch is provided for cloth transportation. This eliminates the distortion of fabric construction and the feel and the handle of the fabric is maintained. The nozzle is fixed oval shaped overflow type to accept any width fabric.
